PLOT
Prem’s principle in life were very simple – be happy, make others happy. A day case of mistaken identity leads Prem to almost kidnap Jenny (Katrina), who was brought up by indifferent and uncaring foster parents.To help his friend to elope with the girl, he kidnaps her and he falls in love with her. But soon to his relief, he comes to know that he has kidnapped the wrong girl.
Prem falls in love with Jenny, but realizes gradually that Jenny is in love with someone else (Upen Patel), the son of a conniving politician (Govind Namdeo). Prem decides to sacrifice his love and get the lovers married.Prem apologizes to her and soon becomes a very good friend of hers. And everyday he falls more and more in love with her. But Jennifer loves someone else.

Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani is a 2009 Bollywood romantic comedy film.Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani is a real sweetness in the scenes in which Prem and Jenny first discover that the other also stammers.Some of the dialogues sparkle. The problem is that the film did not maintain this tone and energy.Some comedy secenes are so hard for laughs that it almost feels like the somebody is beating you with a stick and ordering you to enjoy it.
But, there’re two sequences in this movie which are remarkable when Ranbir wears Katrina’s top to hide her presence in the house and the climax fight, when Katrina mistakenly bangs Ranbir a couple of times. Pritam’s music has been good.Thiru’s cinematography is top-notch. The first hour of the film simply rocks. But the second hour makes you a little grumpy.
