Aaptharakshaka is a Kannada horror film written and directed by P. Vasu. Aaptha rakshaka Starring Vishnuvardhan in his 200th film along with Sandhya, Vimala Raman, Avinash, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy and Komal among others, Aptha raksaka is a sequel to the 2004 blockbuster film Apthamitra. The movie Aptha mitra was directed by PVasu and starred Vishnuvardhan as well. The film Aaptha raksaka is to release on February 18, 2010. The characters of Psychiatrist and the mantrik are only the visible similarities to Apthamitra. This movie is all about the story of Nagavalli. Vishnuvardhan and Vimala Raman are in lead roles. Vishnuvardhan plays the role of a psychiatrist and Vimala Raman as nagavalli, Avinash as magician.Most of the others in the cast are replaced by new ones. Sandhya, Vimala Raman forming the lady intrests. Ramesh Bhat, Srinivas Murthy and Komal Kumar is the new addition to this movie.In Aptharakshaka, the mantrik (Avinash) makes the first entry and later the Psychiatrist (Vishnu).Finally the 200th movie of Sahashimha Vishnuvardhan and the cine industry, entire Vishnu’s camp is having lots of hopes on this movie.
