Thanthonni is a Malayalam film directed by George Varghese, a former assistant to Joshy. Thanthoni stars Prithviraj and Sheela in the lead roles.Thantonni is released today Friday 19th of March 2010. Thantoni shooting started on November 6, 2009. Tanthonni ‘s main locations were Kochi, Ottapalam, Pollachi and Dubai. The film Tanthoni wrapped up shooting by mid of January, 2010. Thanthonni malayalam movie stor line goes like this Kochukunju played by Prithviraj, the youngest member of the wealthy Vadakkan Veettil family, happens to be a brat who is living life on his own terms. It is a huge household where he lives with his mother, three uncles and their families. All in the family are well-placed and rich, except for Kochukunju, who has been a troublemaker right from his childhood. Helen ( Sheela) is Kochukunju’s love interest and |Ambika plays his mother in nthe movie Thanthonny.

When the title ‘Thanthonni’ came up, he thought it was perfect for the film. According to the reports, Pritviraj ‘s Thanthonni released in 90 theatres today. Mimicry artiste-turned-actor Kalabhavan Mani plays a goonda called Neelakantan. Overall, this film has weak story, Good action and movie rated just above average. Many not THANTONIFIED.

Well, its a sinciere attempt frm the side of directr n prithvi,,,bt despite their best of efforts the movie fell short of expectations,,,these days prithvi is in evry channel tryin despartly to explain hw good a movie thanthooni is,,,.he also speaks about the whole theatre standin up n clappin for sme particular scene…..bt frankly speakin thr isnt a single scene in t movie which cn b termd exceptional….nd the other funny thing prithvi said is about the whole theatre clappin at t sight of lamborghini……give me a break…such cheap tricks arent enuf to pull keralites to theatre….for tt t movie has to b good mr thanthooni…
Lots of abusive words, alcohol, and vices are portrayed as heroic in the movie. A bloody waste of money, i and my family ran out of the theater even before the interval. an utter waste. oh my god, is there any way i can get my money back!

Good movie. Good story. Prithviraj in a different style. He handles comedy well and makes a good combination with suraj. Saikumar and ambika shines as well. I doubt if the commentor before me has even seen the film.
Thanthoni is an average family film,but Prithvi is really super he is the next crowd puller of malayalam film…….

Dirty movie. If you are mad to see such said storeis of many malayalam movies….then you must waste to see the style……..I wonder how it has given 3/5……….it can be 2/5
