RaavanMoviePreview : RavanPreview – Raavan is a forthcoming Hindi film written and directed by Mani Ratnam. Ravan stars Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Vikram in the lead roles while Govinda, Ravi Kishan, Nikhil Dwivedi, and Priyamani play key supporting roles. The film Raavan is expected to be released on June 18, 2010. RavanMovie is simultaneously being made in Tamil as Raavanan with a slightly different cast. The music of the movie is composed by Academy Awards winner A. R. Rahman. RavanaMovie will also be dubbed into Telugu and other regional languages. RaavanMovie audio is scheduled to be released on 24th April 2010. The audio rights were bought by T-Series. The first look RaavanaMovie promo debuted on YouTube on 16th April 2010 as the music launch teaser.Mani Ratnam has reportedly shot a film that is a modern day version and a loose adaptation of the great Indian epic Ramayana which tells the story of Rama, whose wife Sita is abducted by the demon (Rakshasa) king of Lanka, Ravana. It is said that Raavan will have a new twist on the Ramayana. While there is a buzz about Raavana being inspired from the Ramayana and that Abhishek is playing Raavana, fact is that the real inspiration for Abhishek’s character came from Kobad Ghandy. The latest buzz is that Ravan is that Mani Rathnam had shot four climaxes for Raavan, It seems that in one of the climaxes Raavan wins the heart of Seetha or Sita .Seetha overcomes Raavan’s tantrums and reaches Rama in another; whereas other two climaxes show Rama dying in one and Ravana dying in another. If this happens, there is a definite chance movie entering in to the controversy.
