Kaizad Gustad sentenced one-month jail for assistant’s death. Kaizad Gustad is an Indian film director and writer. He is best known for his Boom in 2003 and debut novel Of No Fixed Address. Katrina Kaif started her career in the industry with filmmaker KaizadGustad in Boom in 2003.Six years after being charged with causing death of Nadia Khan filmmaker KaizadGustad has been sentenced to one month in prison for the offence. Director had allegedly asked Nadia to stand on track number 4, A rash and negligent act resulting in death. Nadia Khan is a British national 26, Gustad’s assistant for the shoot of Mumbai Central, had been run over at Mahalaxmi station on May 25, 2004. Gustad has already spent 45 days in jail.The Mumbai Central Railway Court found Gustad guilty under section 304-A of the IPC, given him a jail sentence and fined him Rs 75,000.
