Super is a 2010 Indian multilingual blockbuster movie written and directed by Upendra. The film was released on 3 Dec in its Kannada version, while the Tamil and Telugu versions are due in coming weeks. Raking in more than 10 crores through satellite television and audio rights even before release, it is declared a superhit in Kannada where it grossed a record 2.5 crores in first three days of the opening weekend. In Karnataka, the Kannada version was released at over 180 theaters on 3 December, 2010. After three weeks, the movie is doing well in theaters across Karnataka, especially in multiplexes where record collection has been reported.
