The five-day event offset from April 6 will present collections of 141 designers. The Wills LifestyleIndia FashionWeek going on at the Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. A models display designers creation at the WLIFW. One of the India’s biggest fashion events, WLIFW featuring plenty of embroidery, brocades and draped fabrics, begins in New Delhi Wednesday afternoon. Nearly 80 runway shows will occur during the five-day event, which will see Indian designers displaying their Autumn/Winter 2011 collections.Top names include Manish Malhotra, famous for his Bollywood gowns, Rina Dhaka, whose modern silhouettes made it global, and the Delhi-based designer Rohit Bal.
