Earlier Bongshell Bipasha Basu was being looked out for this film, but the filmmakers felt Mallika would be the Ideal one for the character of a Punjabi bombshell better. After having a bitter and sour Hollywood career and who already went for two item numbers, this might give her good relief to be back on track. Filmmaker Sanjay Khanduri is all set with the sequel of his film Ek Challis Ki Last Local. This movie getting done in Delhi and is titled Gyarah Challis Ki Last Metro and was to star Vivek Oberoi opposite Bipasha Basu But there is a change in the star cast. Bollywood’s babelicious Bipasha is no longer a part of the film. The reason of her way to out of the project is still not explained, but sources say the makers felt she didn’t suit the character of a Punjabi girl well. However, Bipasha’s excessive acting fee could be the one main reason why the producers let leave off the idea of casting her and brought Mallika Sherawat in her place. For now, The Dum dar actor Vivek Oberoi will be seen romancing Mallika Sherawat in the movie. Both the actors Mallika and Vivek needed a good hit film to change the fate of their career graphs.
