Ajay Devgn and Anil Kapoor Bollywood actors starrer Tezz Hindi movie  reviews from film critics. Hindi action thriller film Tezz (English: Fast/Speedy) directed by Priyadarshan. The film features Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgan, Boman Irani, Kangna Ranaut, Sameera Reddy, and Zayed Khan.

Koimoi – Mrigank Dhaniwala’s Rating: 2.5
Tezz is an average entertainer at best. Ajay Devgn and Anil Kapoor’s performances and a few action sequences are its main attractions, while the ineffective drama in the first half, the lack of emotional connect between the characters in the film, the below-average visual effects its minus points.

India Today – Kaveree Bamzai’s Rating: 2
Tezz has taught me the following things. Only Indians wear dark glasses in London. Anil Kapoor will always speak English in a Slumdog Millionaire accent. And Indians can always be found because they abuse other people’s mothers.

Hindustan Times – Anupama Chopra’s Rating: 2
Tezz is an unapologetic, unacknowledged copy of the 1975 Japanese film The Bullet Train. Director Priyadarshan and writer Robin Bhatt liberally lift the plot and entire sequences from the film. So here too, we have a bomb on a train that will blow up if the train slows down. But protagonists in Hindi cinema who indulge in criminal activities must be accessorised with a suitably tragic backstory.

CNN IBN – Rajeev Masand’s Rating: 1.5
Tezz has many of the ingredients for an engaging, fast-paced thriller. What it needed was a director to assemble its parts and make them work. Alas, Priyadarshan is content with merely filming. I’m going with one-and-a-half out of five for Tezz, awfully boring for a film that promises speed and thrills.

But, Taran Adarsh tweet @taran_adarsh as;
Watched @ajaydevgn and Anil Kapoor’s #Tezz. Thoroughly enjoyed this hi-octane thriller. Keeps you on the edge all through.

All in all this film is a plain pathetic and sheer waste talent and time. Another average movie from Priyadarshan.

Our Rating: Poor- 1.5/5
