Aamir Khan’s Satyamev Jayate in trouble

Aamir Khan Bollywood actor makes his TV debut in style and has been appreciated by one and all. But there is one person who seems to be hating the actor, According to the sources, Euphoria band’s Singer Palash Sen claims that the chorus of the show’s 22-minute anthem, Satyamev Jayate, had been copied from the band’s ten year old song Satyamev Jayate from their second album Phir Dhoom.

Aamir Khan's Satyamev JayatePalash Sen has sent a legal notice to the channel and he heard to be saying that show’s trailers and the anthem have been playing on TV for quite a while, but he is not aware of the videos.

When he heard it, he was stunned. Euphoria launched its second album Phir Dhoom in 2000 and one of the tracks was titled Satyameva Jayate. And the chorus of composer Ram Sampath’s version of Satyamev Jayate is very similar to the chants in their song and the only thing is that the mainstay of the song – the chorus – is belonged to Euphoria band’s and the rest of the song is fine as what they say.

According to the Euphoria, ‘satyameva jayate’ is the first Indian non-film song that was composed. When questioned about Ram Sampath, composer of the anthem for Aamir’s Satyamev Jayate TV show said the just don’t know what they talking about. Watch out this show every Sunday, starting 11 AM on May 6.
