Former Miss Teen World and Miss Liverpool 2009, Amy Jackson attended a press conference in London for her upcoming South Indian film Thaandavam also starring superstar Vikram. UK born Jackson has been getting back to back works in Indian cinema for the last three years. The 21-year-old model-turned-actress has begun shooting her third Indian film in the London in the first week of April and will be landing India on 15th June.
Thaandavam is an action entertainer in the backdrop of two countries, India and the United Kingdom. It shows how an honest officer gets entangled into a conspiracy and his attempts to save the people and his country’s honour from the conspirators. The film is directed by Vijay of Madrasapattinam fame, which was Jackson’s debut feature film. The audience will get to see the movie when it releases in September. Thaandavam also stars Anushka Shetty, Jagapathi Babu, Nasser, Santhanam amongst others.
