Jacqueline Fernandes is a  Miss Sri Lanka 2006 is all set to enter in to bollywood with the movie Aladdin, also starring Big B Amitabh bachchan.  Jacqueline’s this her debut film  in which she plays the character of Jasmine.The film Aladdin has actor Riteish Deshmukh in the title role with Sanjay Dutt also in the star cast. Vishal-Shekhar is doing the music.The shooting of the film has been going on in full swing at a location in Jodhpur Rajasthan.A special team of graphic designers is flown in from Hollywood to work on the special effects and graphics of this mega-budget film.

Jacqueline Fernandes is the winner of the title Miss Sri Lanka  in 2006, now she sets to act in bollywood in her upcominf film and this will be her first hindi film in India. Jacqueline is a absolotely beautiful queen in Sri Lanka and this will be the fresh news for the audience which they would like see new faces every time, while Jacqueline is the Island’s Sri Lankan origin.

Jacqueline very soon   will be appear in  the film ‘Aladdin’, in which she plays the character of Jasmine. Amitabh Bachchan is the genie of this fantasy film Aladdin; where as Ritiesh Deshmukh is the Aladdin.The shooting of Aladdin has begun with Ritiesh Deshmukh.the main important news is that the Big B is singing for two songs in th movie, earlier it was Sanjay’s duty to sing the song for him, but  unfortunately he went busy with his court cases and his politics, while the film maker Sujoy not wanted to delay the shooting and he given the chance to Amitabh where he is very good for himself.

Jacqueline pursued a degree in Media and Communications at   University of Sydney,Australia.
