Meaning of Hadippa in

Hadippa is a typical Bhangra term. You myst have heard a lot of Bhangra songs packed with occasional chants of “Balle Balle” which means ‘Hurray! Hurray!’. Similarly “Hadippa” – another Bhagra term which is frequently used in Bhagra songs means ‘bravo’ in english.

Hadippa and Sanjay Leela Bhansali

is directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner. It is said that movie was initially titled just “Hadippa”.
